We operate on a simple principle: Your research is yours. Any data you input into the Research Workspace remains your intellectual property. OmniBioFex AI does not claim any ownership over your hypotheses, lab notes, or generated papers.

We strictly prohibit the use of private user data for training our public AI models. Your unique scientific insights stay private.

2. The Vault: Firestore Security

Every keystroke in our editor is instantly synced to your private "Vault" using Google Firestore. This ensures zero data loss and enterprise-grade encryption at rest and in transit.

3. Information We Collect

To provide our services, we collect minimal necessary information:

  • Authentication: Name and email via Google Sign-In to secure your workspace.
  • Payments: Transaction details are processed via secure gateways (Razorpay/Stripe). We never see your card number.
  • Usage Data: Anonymous metrics to improve model performance and system stability.

4. AI Agents & Third Parties

When you trigger a Multi-Agent generation, relevant portions of your prompt are sent to Grok-powered LLM nodes. These requests are stateless; the models do not "remember" your data after the session is closed.
