The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. OMNIBIOFEX.CLOUD reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.

2. Research Workspace Usage

OmniBioFex AI provides a Research Paper Editor and Multi-Agent AI generation tool. Users are granted a non-exclusive license to use the platform for academic and professional research purposes.

  • You are responsible for the academic integrity of the generated content.
  • Content must not be used for illegal or malicious activities.
  • AI generation is powered by Grok models; human verification is required.

3. Credit System & Payments

Our platform operates on a pay-as-you-go credit model. 1 Credit is required for each full multi-agent research paper generation.

Non-Refundable

Credits are non-refundable once purchased. They do not expire and can be used at any time.

Secure Transactions

Payments are processed through secure global gateways. We do not store your payment card data.

4. Intellectual Property

Users retain ownership of the original ideas and data they input. OMNIBIOFEX.CLOUD retains ownership of the platform, the underlying AI orchestrations, and the templates. Upon completion and export, users have full rights to the generated research paper for publication and personal use.

5. Data Privacy (The Vault)

Every word you type in the editor is autosaved to your private Firestore Cloud Vault. We do not use your private research drafts to train our public models. Your research remains confidential and secure within the OMNIBIOFEX ecosystem.
