1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing ai.omnibiofex.cloud, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. OMNIBIOFEX.CLOUD reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.

2. Research Workspace Usage

OmniBioFex AI provides a Research Paper Editor, Talk-to-Paper chat, and Deepsearch Web generation tools. Users are granted a non-exclusive license to use the platform for academic and professional research purposes.

  • You are entirely responsible for the academic integrity of the generated content.
  • Content must not be used for illegal, harmful, or malicious activities.
  • AI generation is powered by advanced Llama 3.3 and Deepsearch engines; however, human verification of facts and citations is strongly required.

3. Credit System & Payments

Our platform operates on a transparent, pay-as-you-go credit model. 1 Full Credit is required for a complete multi-agent research paper generation, while Chat and Deepsearch operations are calculated fractionally (minimum 0.01 CR).

Non-Refundable Credits are non-refundable once purchased. They do not expire and can be used at any time.
Secure Transactions Payments are processed through secure global gateways. We do not store your payment card data.

4. Intellectual Property

Users retain full ownership of the original ideas and data they input. OMNIBIOFEX.CLOUD retains ownership of the platform, the underlying AI orchestrations, the codebase, and the UI templates. Upon completion and export, users have full rights to the generated research paper for publication, commercial, and personal use.

5. Data Privacy (The Vault)

Every word you type in the editor or query via chat is securely autosaved to your private Firestore Cloud Vault. We do not use your private research drafts to train our public models. Your research remains strictly confidential and secure within the OMNIBIOFEX ecosystem.
