All legal rights, liabilities, and intellectual properties associated with this platform belong exclusively to OmniBioFex Intelligence.

2. Scope of Nomenclature

To ensure compliance, clarity, and legal binding, the name OmniBioFex Intelligence will exclusively be used across all formal and financial operations. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Enterprise Deals & SLAs: All contracts for 1B+ data model training and agency services.
  • Invoicing & Billing: All payment gateways, receipts, and fractional credit ledgers.
  • Data Processing Agreements (DPA): Legal documents ensuring Firestore Vault privacy.
  • Terms of Service & Privacy Policies: All binding user agreements.

3. Commercial Branding

The identifiers "OmniBioFex AI" and "OmniBioFex Cloud" serve solely as commercial brand names representing our Triple-Engine Workspace and cloud-hosting infrastructure. They do not constitute separate legal entities. Any correspondence addressing these brand names legally defaults to OmniBioFex Intelligence.
